How much it will cost me to get all my items delivered?

The flatrate for all orders up to 15kg for UK is £12 and Ireland €9.50

How long is it takes to get my delivery?

We want you to receive your goods as quickly as possible.Generally all orders processed within 5-7 working days then it is dispatched for delivery within 24-48 hours.

To do this we use a combination of Royal Mail and various courier services. We do our best to deliver the goods to the correct address, however, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information. If goods are delayed due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, refunds will not be offered. Please ensure you supply us with a correct and complete delivery address including postcode.

Once delivered to the given address, the package is no longer the responsibility of Impportant occasions. If the goods are accepted or signed for by someone other than the recipient but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this nor offer any refund.

If you choose our :Priority Service" options and your order is not delivered within 4 working days we will offer a full refund of your priority option payment and delivery charge. Exceptions to this rule include, but are not limited to, your delivery being delayed by terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, blockades, natural disasters industrial accidents and road accidents. If you have received free delivery already, no refund of delivery charge can be made.

What will happen if I'm not in to receive my delivery?

If you are not in, your order will be returned to the local delivery office or courier depot dependent on the service used. You will be able to collect the item or arrange for delivery another time. A card should be left stating that an attempted delivery was made and if you have chosen one of the courier options you should receive a text or email (provided you have supplied the necessary information) . If you have not received your order on the day you expect it and no card is left, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow up with carrier.

Returns

We hope the goods you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you ordered and you will be happy! However, we understand that sometimes you will need to return goods to us because we processed your order incorrectly or the goods are faulty.

If your goods are faulty: Simply return the items to us and we will put them to the test. If we find they are faulty, we will either send out replacement products or give a full refund.

If you received wrong item: Firstly, please accept our apologies! Please contact us and let us know which items have been sent out incorrectly. Once we have established what items have been mistakenly dispatched, return the items to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition and we will either send out the correct products or give a full refund.

If you change your mind: If you change your mind about the items simply return them to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. Delivery charges are not refundable. Please note we cannot offer refunds on printed balloons or helium cylinders/tanks. Once artwork approval has been given for printed balloons we are unable to offer a refund should you cancel the order.
